Best Western Horizon Inn Medford, Medford

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms had a microwave and a refrigerator, but they were uncomfortably hot, feeling like a sauna. The service was exceptional, with a friendly staff and a nearby off-leash dog park. The location had its ups and downs, beautiful next to a creek but noisy from the nearby highway. The dining was average, with standard chain hotel options. The facilities were well-kept, though. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms appeared clean and in good general condition, but they were very small and cramped. The service was nice overall, but I had to be coached on how to prepare two takeaway desserts. The location was awesome for baseball at US Cellular Field, but it was slightly overgrown and uncomfortably dark at night. The dining was adequate with sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, and cereal on offer, but the cold buffet dishes were not impressive.
